The ministry of Heart For China includes:

- Support and fortify the development of effective collaborations 
- Assist, contribute and develop the biannual Campus & Returnee Summit
- Promote and expand the Mentor Pool Project


Goals of Mentor Pool Project:

- Establish connections for mentors and mentees
- Provide training and resources to mentors
- Organize mentorship conference – to enable mentors to share with each other and learn effective ways to help others
- Bolster Christian leaders to stay faithful and strong in Jesus Christ to do His work and spread the gospel to all nations
